Abstract

С развитием инновационной экономики актуален вопрос становления и развития методологической базы оценки нематериальных активов. Необходимость ее совершенствования связана с тем, что объекты интеллектуальной собственности и природа их использования уникальны, они требуют своего определенного подхода к оценке. В статье рассмотрены методы, примененные к оценке лицензионного соглашения на патент одной из компаний г. Томска.
