Abstract

Налоги играют важную роль в формировании государственных доходов. С помощью налогов государство выполняет свои экономические, социальные и другие функции. Государство может эффективно существовать в случае, когда имеет определенные финансовые ресурсы, им используются различные способы привлечения ресурсов, но все-таки основным являются налоги. Эффективная налоговая система является основой жизнедеятельности любого государства.
