Механические и реологические свойства биоразлагаемых композиций поликапролактон/углеродные нанотрубки

Abstract

Исследованы механические и реологические свойства новых полимерных композиций на основе поликапролактона, наполненного одностенными углеродными нанотрубками. Все композиции были изготовлены методом горячего компаундирования в расплаве. Наполнение поликапролактона углеродными нанотрубками в количестве от 0 до 1 вес. % приводит к увеличению модуля упругости почти на 75 % и двукратному уменьшению прочности и удлинения при разрыве по сравнению с исходным поликапролактоном. Показатель текучести расплава композиций при увеличении содержания углеродных нанотрубок уменьшается почти в 10 раз по сравнению с исходным поликапролактоном.
