О новом векторе профессиональной подготовки следователя в условиях цифровой трансформации

Abstract

Уточняется перечень новых задач, возникающих перед следователем в условиях цифровизации общественных отношений. Обосновывается целесообразность овладения следователем знаниями, умениями применения современных технических средств, IT-технологий в процессе расследования преступлений. Аргументируется потребность в изменении образовательных программ подготовки следователей, усилив в них акцент на дисциплины цифрового блока.
