Педагогический учет различий в технике штрафного броска баскетболиста до и после физической нагрузки

Abstract

Обоснованы критерии различия в технике штрафного броска в баскетболе до и после физической нагрузки. Показано, что управляющие движения в суставах спортсмена характеризуются сходимостью параметров управления в одной временной точке как до, так и после физической нагрузки, что свидетельствует о стремлении спортсмена к достижению стандартных для него биомеханических показателей броска независимо от физического состояния. Выявленные особенности построения техники штрафного броска в баскетболе положены в основу план-схемы освоения-закрепления-совершенствования техники штрафного броска в баскетболе.
