Кинетика формирования разряда низкого давления с полым анодом, инициированного локальным пробоем на поверхности керамического катода

Abstract

Представлены результаты теоретического и экспериментального исследований начальной стадии развития разряда низкого давления с полым анодом в водороде, который инициируется разрядом по поверхности катода внутри полости. Моделирование проведено на базе кинетического описания ионного и электронного ансамблей на фоне нестационарной динамики электрического поля в рамках одномерной цилиндрической геометрии анодной полости. Показано, что при давлении водорода 0.1 Торр генерирование плазмы в полости протекает за наносекундные времена с образованием немонотонного профиля электрического потенциала. Продемонстрировано хорошее согласие модельных расчетов с экспериментом.
