Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам деятельности избирательных комиссий субъектов в сфере обеспечения активного избирательного права граждан с инвалидностью в контексте реализации норм Конвенции о правах инвалидов в России. В работе сделана попытка определить пути развития характеризуемого института посредством трансформации норм избирательного права, совершенствования системы межсекторного взаимодействия органов публичной власти и некоммерческих организаций, выявления наилучших практик оказания помощи маломобильным категориям избирателей в субъектах РФ.
