Особенности государственного управления экономикой Бурятии в 1950–1960-е гг.

Abstract

Представлены вопросы государственного управления экономикой Бурятии во второй половине 1950–1960-х гг. Отражены различные аспекты территориального развития автономной республики с учетом кардинальных изменений структуры и форм работы органов власти и управления различных уровней. Преодолевая проблемы, используя возможности новых хозяйственных структур Восточно-Сибирский и Бурятский советы народного хозяйства добились существенных результатов в развитии производительных сил в регионе. Созданы десятки новых предприятий в промышленности и строительстве с учетом территориальной кооперации и интеграции. Но постепенно проявились и негативные стороны хозяйственной реформы.
