Исследование влияния ингибитора липоксигеназы на гистаминергическую и серотонинергическую регуляцию воздухоносных путей

Abstract

Изучено влияние ингибитора 5-липоксигеназы на сократительную активность сегментов воздухоносных путей морских свинок; получено повышение гистаминергических и серотонинергических контрактильных реакций сегментов, предобработанных ингибитором 5-липоксигеназы, при сенсибилизации данный эффект сохранялся только на воздействие серотонина.
