Abstract

Определяется роль волостного схода в системе местного крестьянского самоуправления Томской губернии в начале ХХ в. На основе материалов волостного правления Тулинской волости Барнаульского уезда выявляется круг вопросов, решаемых на сходе, проводятся их анализ и классификация. Выясняется степень самостоятельности схода в принятии решений. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что волостной сход являлся реальным механизмом в регулировании жизни крестьянского общества. Помимо проведения в жизнь указаний государственных органов власти, он способствовал решению насущных проблем местного населения.
