Научно-технологическая модернизация машиностроительной отрасли: исследование резервов роста производительности труда в РФ

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема низкого уровня производительностии труда российской экономики. Автором установлена зависимость производительности труда народного хозяйства от его производительности в машиностроительной отрасли. Статистически обосновано, что промышленность является наиболее эффективным сектором хозяйства в России и развитых странах. Проанализированы причины низких показателей производительности труда в машиностроительной отрасли России. Автор определяет технологическое отставание машиностроения как одну из главных причин низкой эффективности народного хозяйства России. В работе приведена авторская классификация резервов роста производительности труда, согласно которой дана характеристика научно-технологической модернизации машиностроения. Приведены первоначальные этапы научно-технологической модернизации, способствующие повышению производительности труда в отрасли.
