Образовательная деятельность в современной России: к вопросу о правовых барьерах и ограничениях

Abstract

Освещены отдельные вопросы правового регулирования отношений в сфере образования. Рассматривается влияние лицензионных требований на деятельность образовательных организаций и качество оказываемых ими услуг. На основе анализа федерального законодательства, судебной практики и юридической литературы авторами сделан вывод о необходимости совершенствования системы лицензирования образовательной деятельности, сформулированы предложения и рекомендации по оптимизации действующего законодательства в этой сфере.
