Заселение 0+-возбужденных состояний в реакциях с передачей двух нуклонов

Abstract

Предложена модель, объясняющая ранее обнаруженный авторами эффект гравитационно-волнового воздействия релятивистских двойных звездных систем на вертикальную составляющую напряженности электрического поля Земли в приземном слое атмосферы. В качестве механизма в модели рассматривается возмущение орбиты Земли гравитационными волнами от релятивистских двойных звездных систем, приводящее к малым смещениям Земли по отношению к свободному объемному заряду в тропосфере. Полученные на основании приведенной модели оценки амплитуды компонент Ez, спектрально локализованных на частотах гравитационных волн релятивистских двойных звездных систем, не противоречат экспериментальным результатам.
