О системности средств принуждения в механизме обеспечения уголовно-исполнительных предписаний

Abstract

Рассматриваются основные проблемы применения средств принуждения как негативных последствий за невоплощение осужденными в жизнь требований уголовно-исполнительных предписаний. Приводится анализ имеющихся средств принуждения, обеспечивающих правила по отбыванию осужденными назначенных мер уголовной ответственности; выявляются пробелы при построении их системы в действующем законодательстве и в порядке их применения; излагается авторское видение возможных средств принуждения, призванных заставлять осужденных подвергаться карательно-воспитательно-предупредительному воздействию.
