Роль суда первой инстанции в подготовке уголовного дела к кассационному судебному разбирательству

Abstract

Анализируются законодательные изменения, касающиеся этапа подготовки уголовного дела к разбирательству в суде кассационной инстанции при обжаловании итогового судебного решения. Рассматриваются подготовительные действия суда первой инстанции и полномочия суда кассационной инстанции по подготовке дела к разбирательству. Высказываются предложения о применении норм уголовно-процессуального закона.
