"Модернизация индустриального общества": маргинализация населения и демократия

Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы демократии, которые возникают в развитых странах Запада в рамках уже «рефлексивной модернизации», т.е. процессов формирования «постиндустриального» общества. Поскольку такая модернизация неизбежно в условиях глобализации распространится на другие регионы, то разумнее проводить ее с учетом опыта предшественников, в том числе и негативного.
