Методика оценки риска неплатежеспособности клиентов лизинговых компаний

Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос недостаточной изученности риска неплатежеспособности, а также отсутствия методики оценки данного риска для лизинговых компаний. Данная статья посвящена разработке метода оценки риска неплатежеспособности клиентов лизинговых компаний. Методика основана на балльно-рейтинговой системе, которая позволяет дать качественную оценку лизингового проекта. Балльно-рейтинговая система базируется на кредитном скоринге при оценки потенциального заемщика и состоит из следующих элементов: рейтинга клиента и рейтинга сделки.
