О защите прав розничных инвесторов в сегменте российского рынка ценных бумаг

Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос защиты прав розничных инвесторов на российском фондовом рынке. Обсуждается необходимость определения статуса розничного инвестора и внедрения механизмов обучения инвесторов в целях повышения осведомленности о рисках фондового рынка. Анализируются статистические показатели фондового рынка России и текущее состояние в области защиты прав потребителей финансовых услуг. Сделан вывод о том, что в условиях финансового кризиса необходимо уделять особое внимание рискам розничных инвесторов для привлечения их на финансовый рынок России.
