Abstract

В XIX - первой четверти XX в. в российских духовных академиях, крупнейших центрах богословской науки и подготовки церковных кадров, происходило складывание профессорско-преподавательской корпорации, обладающей собственной корпоративной культурой. В статье охарактеризованы основные направления исследования корпоративной культуры: объективные и субъективные факторы ее формирования, уровни, ключевые ценности, наличие субкультур, вопросы корпоративной идентичности. Определена методологическая основа и источниковая база исследования.
