От царизма к новой экономической политике. Налоговый механизм регулирования крестьянской экономики Советской России в дискурсе власти

Abstract

Рассматривается формирование налогового механизма регулирования крестьянской экономики в первое десятилетие советской власти в дискурсе власти и как цельный исторический период. Исследование доказывает, что налоговая политика Советского государства – это, прежде всего, классовая политика. Приоритет политических целей при отсутствии профессионального опыта, налаженного учета и контроля стал особенностью этой политики. Наиболее показательными эти процессы становятся со второй половины 1920-х гг.
