Abstract

Правильное и эффективное применение на практике положений об особых военных обстоятельствах, подлежащих особому учету, в том числе при привлечении к уголовной ответственности лиц, совершивших преступления в военное время, невозможно без осуществления детальной научной проработанности данной области, которая предполагает обязательный учет совместного опыта в сфере уголовно-правового регулирования стран СНГ.
