Упругопластическая деформация трубы из дисперсно-упрочненного алюминия под действием внешнего давления

Abstract

Проведено исследование упругопластической деформации толстостенной трубы из алюминия, упрочнённого некогерентными частицами, под действием внешнего давления. Результаты математического моделирования показали, что уменьшение расстояния между частицами вызывает упрочнение материала, приводящее к росту предела упругого и пластического сопротивления. В сплаве с меньшим расстоянием между упрочняющими частицами требуется существенно большее давление для достижения заданной толщины пластической области, чем в сплавах с большим расстоянием между частицами. С увеличением температуры деформации при одном и том же давлении происходит увеличение толщины пластически деформированной области. При этом граница, разделяющая упругую и пластическую области, смещается к внешней стенке трубы.
