Abstract

Рассматриваются понятия «инновация» и «инновационное развитие» с позиций социально-философского подхода. Делается акцент на том, что развитие инноваций имеет две важные составляющие: технолого-экономическую и социально-гуманистическую. Доказывается, что только равномерность присутствия в инновационных разработках этих двух составляющих позволяет получить максимальный эффект от инновационного развития для экономики любой страны. Этот вывод демонстрируется на примере образовательной инженерной подготовки Томского политехнического университета.
