Влияние состава экстрагента на эффективность извлечения средне- и длинноцепочечных жирных кислот из фекалий

Abstract

Исследовано влияние состава экстрагента на эффективность извлечения средне- и длинноцепочечных жирных кислот из человеческого кала в системе «водная дисперсия кала – органический растворитель». В качестве органических растворителей выбраны метил-трет-бутиловый эфир, гексан и смесь этих растворителей в соотношении 1:1. Исследовано влияние pH и ионной силы водной фазы на эффективность извлечения жирных кислот. Определение жирных кислот в полученных экстрактах проводилось методом ВЭЖХ-МС. Наибольшую эффективность извлечения при широком спектре извлекаемых жирных кислот показала смесь метил-трет-бутилового эфира и гексана в сочетании с использованием раствора, содержащего 4% HCl и 5,5% NaCl, в качестве водной фазы.
