Структура рельсов после экстремально длительной эксплуатации

Abstract

Методами просвечивающей электронной дифракционной микроскопии изучено структурно-фазовое состояние и дефектная субструктура в головке дифференцированно закаленных 100-метровых рельсов на различной глубине после экстремально длительной эксплуатации (пропущенный тоннаж 1770 млн тонн брутто). Исследования проведены вдоль оси симметрии головки рельсов и радиуса скругления рабочей выкружки на расстояниях 0, 2, 10 мм от поверхности катания. Дислокационная субструктура феррита представлена хаотически распределенными дислокациями и сетками. Скалярная и избыточная плотность дислокаций увеличивается по мере приближения к поверхности головки рельсов. Значения этих параметров на поверхности более чем в 2 раза превышают соответствующие величины на глубине 10 мм. Величина избыточной плотности дислокаций ниже величины скалярной плотности, что указывает на упругий характер изгиба-кручения кристаллической решетки. Выполнена количественная оценка дислокационных механизмов упрочнения.
