Влияние термообработки на термоэлектрические свойства кристаллов твердого раствора Pb0.75Sn0.25Te со сверхстехиометричным свинцом

Abstract

Термоэлектрические свойства монокристаллов твердого раствора Pb0.75Sn0.25Te со сверхстехиометричным свинцом до 1.0 ат.%, полученные методом Бриджмена, были исследованы до и после отжига при 673 и 773 К в интервале ~ 90–300 К. Показано, что избыточные атомы Pb и отжиг существенно изменяют значения и температурные зависимости электрических параметров и теплопроводности, а также термоэлектрическую эффективность изученных кристаллов. Выявленные изменения кинетических параметров кристаллов связываются донорными действиями Pb в них и залечиванием возникающих в образцах при их получении структурных дефектов с отжигом.
