Abstract

На основе сравнительно-правового и системного методов анализируется регулирование права на квалифицированную юридическую помощь в системе конституционных прав человека России и Бразилии, являющихся членами БРИКС. Сделан вывод о сходствах и различиях в правовом регулировании и реализации права на квалифицированную юридическую помощь в России и Бразилии, сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию законодательства в данной сфере.
