К вопросу экологизации национальной и региональных инновационных систем в контексте низкоуглеродной экономики

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию современного состояния инновационной деятельности и её влияниz на экологические показатели в субъектах Российской Федерации. В ходе исследования применялись статистические методы анализа, а также метод ранжирования. Рассматривались данные Росстата по ряду показателей инновационной деятельности и окружающей среды за 2010 и 2019 uг. по всем субъектам России. Полученные результаты свидетельствует о незначительном улучшении инновационной активности в российских регионах за исследуемый период. Отмечено, что в регионах-лидерах по загрязнению окружающей среды инновационные показатели значительно уступают общероссийским. Такая ситуация не способствует переходу этих субъектов страны к низкоуглеродной экономике.
