Кино и танцы. Два фильма из архива Института этнологии и антропологии РАН

Abstract

Рассматриваются два фильма из архива Института этнологии и антропологии РАН, посвященные хореографическому искусству чукчей и эскимосов. Фильмы сняты сотрудниками Института А.В. Оськиным и М.Я. Жорницкой в 1970-е гг. На их примере анализируются формы научной и художественной репрезентации явлений, сложно поддающихся вербальному описанию, в оптике советского этнографического кино; обозначаются тенденции и факторы, определявшие развитие этого жанра; делаются попытки сопоставления методологических приемов в создании антропологических фильмов в разных научных традициях.
