Концептуальний підхід до моделювання продуктивності економічних систем на основі міжгалузевого балансу

Abstract

Метою статті є розробка концептуального підходу до комплексу економіко-математичних моделей оцінки й аналізу продуктивності економічних систем регіону та країни на основі моделей міжгалузевого балансу. Для практичної реалізації зазначеного підходу представлено методику побудови таблиць “витрати – випуск” на регіональному рівні згідно принципів системи національного рахівництва. В умовах недостатності статистичної інформації та наявності різного роду помилок при формуванні статистичної бази пропонується використання комбінованих гіпотетико-дедуктивних підходів до побудови комплексу економіко-математичних моделей міжгалузевого балансу регіону. Purpose of the article – to develop a conceptual approach to the complex economic and mathematical models of evaluation and productivity analysis of economic systems of the region and the country on the basis of input-output models. For the practical implementation of this approach is the technique of constructing input - output tables at the regional level under the principles of national accounting. With the lack of statistical information and the availability of different kinds of errors in forming the statistical framework proposed use of combined hypothetico-deductive approaches to the construction of complex mathematical economic input-output model of the region. Conceptual approach provides a general indicators of the economic performance of the system with regard to its level of balance and structural relationships.
