У статті розглянуто основні напрями подальшого удосконалення інформаційного, техніко- технологічного, документаційного, організаційно-правового та кадрового забезпечення організаційно-економічного механізму управління розвитком підприємств та організацій споживчої кооперації України. Запропоновано механізм функціональної спеціалізації проектної групи (команди менеджерів) при формуванні інформаційної системи. Обґрунтовано шляхи покращення технічного і кадрового забезпечення системи управління кооперативних об’єктів.
