Abstract

Проведено соціально-економічну оцінку стану стимулювання результативної праці вчителів, визначено взаємозв’язок стимулювання-результат. Проаналізовано сучасний рівень оплати праці вчителів загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів України. Запропоновано пріоритетні напрямки реформування оплати праці вчителів. The socio-economic estimation of essence of stimulation of effective labour of teachers is conducted, intercommunication of stimulation-result is certained. The modern level of remuneration of teachers' labour of high schools in Ukraine is analysed. Priority directions of reformation of remuneration of teachers' labour are offered.
