Abstract

Проаналізовано методи виготовлення листових деталей різними методами обробки. Визначено область раціонального застосування різних методів обробки листових деталей. Отримано узагальнений графік собівартості отримання фасонних листових деталей. Розроблено схему вибору оптимального способу виконання розділових операцій листових деталей. Зроблено висновки про доцільність застосування електророзрядної обробки для виготовлення листових деталей як високоефективної альтернативи традиційним технологіям. The analysis methods of manufacturing sheet details by different methods of processing. The field of rational use of different methods of processing sheet details. Shown the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of manufacturing sheet details. The generalised technique is developed, allowing to define the cost price of the details made with application of dividing operations. Obtain a generalized graph cost price manufacture of shaped sheet details. Developed a scheme selecting the optimal method for performing the operations of dividing sheet details. Given the prospects for further development of the technology of manufacturing sheet details, depending on seriality of manufacture. Shows a possible electroerosion machining while performing different types of operations. The conclusions about expediency of application of electrodigit of processing for the manufacture of sheet details as highlyt effective alternative to traditional technologies.
