Стаття присвячена дослідженню висвітлення в ювілейних виданнях Міністерства фінансів Російської імперії проблем створення та функціонування інституту акцизного контролю в імперії в цілому та в Наддніпрянській Україні, зокрема наприкінці ХІХ – на початку ХХ ст. Зроблено висновок про те, що діяльність згаданих фіскальних інституцій була предметом дослідження багатьох тогочасних науковців та практиків, які залишили корпус різнопланових за проблематикою й ширитою висвітлювання аспектів, формою і жанром праць. Серед даної групи історіографічних джерел особливе місце посідають тогочасні спеціалізовані ювілейні видання, підготовлені чиновниками Міністерства фінансів, зокрема книги, присвячені 100-річчю Міністерства фінансів Російської імперії та 50-річчю діяльності органів адміністрування неокладних зборів. This article is devoted to the problems of presentation in the anniversary publications of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Empire the history of creation and functioning of the excise control institute in the empire as a whole and in Dnieper Ukraine in particular in the late XIX – early XX century. It is concluded that the activity of these fiscal institutions has been the subject of the research of many contemporary scholars and practitioners who left the collection of writings diverse in issues and width of coverage of aspects, forms and genres. Among this group of historiographical sources, a special place is occupied by the special anniversary publications prepared by the officials of the Ministry of Finance, including books on the 100th anniversary of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Empire and the 50th anniversary of non-taxable incomes.
