Abstract

Anais do V Encontro de Iniciação Científica e I Encontro Anual de Iniciação ao Desenvolvimento Tecnológico e Inovação – EICTI 2016 - 05 e 07 de outubro de 2016 – Sessão Ciências Exatas e da Terra La colecta de datos biológicos en el área de Botánica, Ecología y Geoprocesamiento es necesaria para el avance de las investigaciones realizadas en torno a las mismas. Para ello, el modelaje de una base de datos se torna esencial, ya que permite, principalmente a los investigadores, un acceso rápido y eficiente a la información requerida. Los datos biológicos obtenidos mediante una colecta permiten identificar las especies así como obtener otras informaciones que sean necesarias para el avance de las investigaciones, no sólo a quien realizó la colecta, sino también a otros profesionales del área. El modelaje es llevado a cabo mediante diferentes técnicas de programación que permitan satisfacer los requerimientos de los investigadores asociados. Dichas técnicas poseen una lógica para relacionar los diferentes datos de manera eficiente, generando un acceso facilitado a los datos almacenados. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este trabajo es el modelaje y la disponibilización de una nueva base de datos biológicos en conjunto con investigadores del área de Botánica, Ecología y Geoprocesamiento.
