Effect of storage temperature on the in vitro reproduction of Radopholus similis

Abstract

Les cultures pures de nématodes sont utilisées pour étudier leur activité migratoire dans les tissus végétaux. Afin de constituer une banque de Radopholus similis, une méthode de conservation in vitro est étudiée afin d'augmenter leur durée de vie en fonction de la température d'incubation. Après leur prélèvement dans les racines de bananiers, les R. similis sont incubés à différentes températures. Les résultats montrent qu'à 15°C. il est possible de conserver R. similis pendant 15 jours
