Влияние деформаций на электронное строение азида серебра

Abstract

Методами теории функционала плотности в приближении локальной плотности и обобщенной градиентной аппроксимации обменно-корреляционных потенциалов в базисе линейной комбинации атомных орбиталей с помощью пакета CRYSTAL06 проведено исследование влияния деформаций кристаллической решетки на зонную структуру, плотность состояний и распределение электронной плотности азида серебра. Установлено, что объемное гидростатическое и одноосное сжатие приводит к уменьшению межатомных расстояний, ширины запрещенной зоны, заряда аниона и катиона и тем самым способствует реакциям твердофазного разложения. Показано, что деформация решетки может приводить к образованию линейных молекул из атомов серебра и азида.
