Генераторы высоковольтных импульсов с удвоением выходного напряжения

Abstract

Представлены многокаскадные генераторы высоковольтных импульсов с удвоением выходного напряжения, выполненные по схеме Аркадьева-Маркса и схеме с инверсией напряжения, предложенной Р. Фитчем и В. Говеллом. Особенностью схемного решения генераторов является замена зарядных резисторов на зарядные диоды и подключение питающего напряжения через общую индуктивность. Такое решение позволило получить на нагрузке удвоенную амплитуду импульсов, а также минимизировать потери мощности во время заряда накопительных конденсаторов.
