Дилатометрические исследования жидкофазного спекания системы Al-Ti

Abstract

Прессовки на основе порошка алюминия, содержащие порошок титана в количестве от 5 до 20 ат. %, подвергались вакуумному спеканию в кварцевой трубке дилатометра при 700, 800 и 900 °С. Одновременно с изменением температуры спекаемой прессовки вследствие выделения теплоты при сплавообразовании сложным образом изменяются и размеры образца. Анализ дилатометрических кривых и термограмм спекания проведен с привлечением рентгеновских и микроструктурных исследований. Рассмотрена возможная связь наблюдаемых объемных и температурных изменений прессовок с образованием интерметаллидного соединения TiAl3 при спекании и явлением перегруппировки частиц твердой фазы в расплаве.
