Риск-ориентированное мышление в системе менеджмента качества

Abstract

The article presents a study of risk-based thinking from the point of view of developing a quality management system. The classification of risks is given, and the application of risk-based thinking in the quality management system, both in General and in its parts, is analyzed. Methods of risk analysis of different processes are presented.

Статья приводит исследование риск-ориентированного мышления с точки зрения развития системы менеджмента качества. Приведена классификация рисков, а так же проанализировано применение риск-ориентированного мышления в системе менеджмента качества, как в целом, так и ее частях. Представлены методы анализа рисков разных процессов.
