The article reveals the urgency of addressing the problem of formation of ecological and legal culture of students of humanitarian universities in the aspect of professional socialization from the position resolution of modern psycho-pedagogical and socio-cultural contradictions. Presents socio-political, institutional-organizational and psychological-pedagogical factor the relevance of studying the problems identified. Identified ecological and legal culture in the professional socialization of students of humanitarian universities. Built a relationship successful formation of the personality and efficiency of the processes of professional socialization. Conclusions are drawn on prospects of development of ecological and legal culture in the socio-cultural environment of the University through the revitalization of cultural and leisure activities and the development of a system of public associations.

В статье раскрыта актуальность обращения к проблеме формирования эколого-правовой культуры студентов гуманитарных вузов в аспекте профессиональной социализации с позиции разрешения современного психолого-педагогического и социально-культурного противоречия. Представлены социально-политический, институционально-организационный и психолого-педагогический фактор актуальности изучения обозначенной проблемы. Выявлено место эколого-правовой культуры в профессиональной социализации студентов гуманитарных вузов. Выстроена взаимосвязь успешного формирования данного качества личности и эффективности процессов профессиональной социализации. Сделаны выводы о перспективах формирования эколого-правовой культуры в социокультурном пространстве вуза через активизацию культурно-досуговой деятельности и развитие системы общественных объединений.
