Анализ состава остаточных газов в вакуумной камере импульсного ускорителя

Abstract

In accelerator experiments the control of residual atmosphere composition inside the vacuum chamber is necessary. The operative control over the content of gases may be performed using mass-spectrometers. In this report, the results of separate residual gases content inside the vacuum chamber are presented in evolution over time.
