Особенности структурно-фазового состояния кремний содержащих фаз в силуминах

Abstract

The structural features of the formation of the silicon-containing particles of the alloy in the eutectic crystallization AK7ch. The crystallization of the alloys carried out throw adding of the mixture of ultrafine powders (TiO2 and ZrO2) and cryolite (Na3AlF6). It has been established that the introduction of a mixture of oxides promotes leads to uniform distribution of eutectic regions. The elemental composition of the ternary phases was established α-(Al2FeSi) и β-(Al5FeSi). The silicon particles have a spherical form and ternary phases have a laminar structure.
