Природно-техногенные условия экологизации землепользования урбанизированных территорий

Abstract

Представлены концептуальные подходы устойчивого развития территорий, разработка которых базируется на сбалансированности, учете экологических, экономических, социальных и иных факторов при осуществлении градостроительной деятельности. Дана сравнительная оценка проблем техногенного подтопления как интегрального показателя целесообразности экологизации систем жизнеобеспечения и долгосрочного использования природных ресурсов.
