Прогнозирование циклического ресурса деталей с макротрещинами термографическим методом

Abstract

Разработан метод прогнозирования циклической долговечности деталей с макротрещинами, основанный на термографическом проявлении процесса накопления повреждаемости - приращении удельной энтропии в вершине развивающейся трещины. Метод позволяет повысить точность прогнозирования по сравнению с методом, использующим формулу Пэриса. Повышение точности достигается за счет использования не вероятностных, а истинных характеристик развития повреждаемости, получаемых из наблюдения за исследуемым объектом. Расширяется диапазон деталей для прогнозирования, т. к. подсчет энтропии производится по изменению температуры на поверхности детали вблизи вершины трещины и нет необходимости следить за развитием трещины.
