Усовершенствование конструкций инструментов

Abstract

Актуальной проблемой является обработка поверхностей деталей машин, к которым предъявляются высокие требования по точности размера, формы и расположения. Для решения этой проблемы разработаны новые конструкции металлорежущих инструментов, обеспечивающие высокую эффективность и стабильность обработки, улучшение центрирования, снижение шероховатости обрабатываемых деталей, что способствует повышению точности и качества обработки.

The actual problem is the surface treatment of machine parts, to which high demands are placed on the accuracy of size, shape and location. To solve this problem, new designs of metal cutting tools have been developed, which ensure high efficiency and stability of machining, improve centering, reduce roughness of the machined parts, which increases the accuracy and quality of machining.
