Эффект динамического скачка давления в KrCl - эксилампе барьерного разряда

Abstract

Представлены результаты исследования термодинамических процессов в лампах барьерного разряда с помощью измерения скачка давления. Исследования проводились на KrCl-эксилампе (222 нм) барьерного разряда в диапазоне давлений 4...50 кПа и соотношений компонент смеси Kr:Cl2 от 50:1 до 400:1. Эксперименты показывают, что при включении (выключении) лампы зависимость скачка давления от времени состоит из быстрой (характерное время 30...160 мс) и медленной (100 с) частей. Быстрая часть связана с генерацией акустических волн (10...30 мс) и непосредственным нагревом газа (30...160 мс) в процессе разряда. Медленная часть скачка давления обусловлена нагревом колбы эксилампы.
