Расчёт мёртвого хода волновых передач с промежуточными телами качения

Abstract

Проведён анализ влияния возможных зазоров в кинематической цепи на мёртвый ход передач. Рассмотрены конструкторские и технологические приёмы снижения влияния некоторых из них на величину мёртвого хода. Приведен алгоритм расчёта зазоров вследствие износа рабочих поверхностей. Предложена методика расчёта мёртвого хода волновых передач с промежуточными телами качения. Представлены результаты работ по снижению мёртвого хода передач.
