Abstract

Today, the corporate control market exists in many countries of the world, including Russia. This area of activity is particularly relevant and can contribute to the expansion of the influence of companies in the Russian and foreign markets, and hence the improvement of the economic situation. The urgency of the problem of developing the corporate control market lies in the paralyzing political and economic situation in Russia and in the world as a whole, which does not contribute to the intensive development of the market.

Сегодня, рынок корпоративного контроля существует во многих странах мира в том числе и в России. Данная область деятельности является особо актуальной и может способствовать расширению влияния компаний на российском и зарубежном рынке, а значит и улучшению экономической обстановке. Актуальность проблемы развития рынка корпоративного контроля заключается в парализующей политической и экономической обстановке в России и в мире в целом, которая не способствует интенсивному развитию рынка.
