In the modern technological and informational world many diverse events of life are fixed by various video recording devices. Currently it is difficult to determine the video source and its veracity. "Where did it come from?" and “Whether changes were made?” are two very important questions when it comes to video recordings as evidence in court. The Internet contains numerous commercial and free video editing software products, which make it easy to edit video. This article considers the software used to analyze video for presence/absence of signs of installation of this video within framework of forensic examinations.
